Yes, we take on pre-furnished properties on a case by case basis. We provide you with a purchase list of items that we require for our properties as well as recommendations for a decor refresh or additional amenities to increase revenue potential.
We purchase and restock all consumable guest supplies at your property for a flat monthly fee. If any furnishings need to be replaced, we’ll place the orders and invoice you at the end of each month.
We hire and manage cleaning services through our network of excellent cleaners in the area. Cleaning services are billed directly to the owner and are typically covered by the cleaning fees collected by guests which are not subject to property management commission.
We will coordinate and schedule any maintenance needs at your property and invoice you at the end of the month.
We will collect and handle all guests payments, including managing damage deposits or refunds. Owners will receive monthly owner statements and payouts with the total revenue minus property management commission and expenses.
